bugfix: correct behavior at using auf us-dates
bugfix: passing of short filenames by windows tended to problems in some cases

contextmenu-install is now correct under Windows NT and XP
startmenu-path now comes from registry, no more use of default-path c:\windows

bugfix: some special characters wasn't changed, 'ß' now becomes 'ss'
bugfix: renaming folders: in some cases a '_' was added, subfolders (themself, not their content) wasn't renamed
bugfix: trying to rename recursive subfolders, which have to be renamed, occured 'access denied'-errors in some cases
